Velotric Suspension Seatpost for Summit 2

Picked mine up from my local Velotric dealer and am looking forward to installing it on my Summit 2 today. As another poster noted, the allen wrench that comes with the seatpost is used to adjust / tighten the seat to the seatpost. To adjust the spring, you will need to use one of the larger allen wrenches that came in the tookkit with your bike. I tried to use the smaller wrench and was immediately met with disappointment and wondered whether the post was broken. Since there are no directions included in the box, you are left to figure this one out on your own (or read posts like this ...).

What weight is this ideal for?

I notice that a spring kit is for sale with different springs for different weights. I would hate to find out the spring that comes in the seat post is the same as the medium one in the kit that i would want.

This really smoothed out the ride for my Summit 2. You do have to play with the firmness of the suspension to dial it into your weight and riding style, but once it's there, it's awesome! Of note, the tool provided does not fit into the suspension adjuster. You will need a 6mm allen wrench handy.
