Yes. You can earn Velotric Rewards Points by purchasing our products at authorized dealer stores. Simply upload your purchase receipt or proof of purchase to the Velotric Rewards Page on www.velotricbike.com. We will then credit your account with the corresponding points within 2-3 business days of receipt verification. Please note that points can only be redeemed on www.velotricbike.com and cannot be used at dealer stores.

1000 points = $20 off discount; 2500 points = $50 off discount; 5000 points = $100 off discount (on orders $200+);

*Due to a coding issue, the dropdown option will not appear if you select express checkout. We advise you to redeem your points before proceeding with express checkout.

*The discount redeemed using points can only be applied once per order.

*You can redeem your points until your balance over 1000 points.

Tiers are determined based on your historical spending on www.velotribike.com. If your historical spending on www.velotribike.com meets the criteria for a higher tier, your new tier status will be activated immediately once you attain the required historical spending for that tier.

* Spending at dealer stores will not be counted towards tier entrance.

You can check your tier status and tier perks in your account when you log in.

If you return your entire order for a refund, your Velotric rewards points will be refunded back to you. However, if you return only part of the order for a refund you will not receive partial points back.

No, you cannot. Each order can only use one discount code, and discount codes cannot be stacked. However, gift cards can be stacked.
