Yes. You can earn Velotric Rewards Points by purchasing our products at authorized dealer stores. Simply upload your purchase receipt or proof of purchase to the Velotric Rewards Page on www.velotricbike.com. We will then credit your account with the corresponding points within 2-3 business days of receipt verification. Please note that points can only be redeemed on www.velotricbike.com and cannot be used at dealer stores.

1000 points = $20 off discount; 2500 points = $50 off discount; 5000 points = $100 off discount (on orders $200+);

If you return your entire order for a refund, your Velotric rewards points will be refunded back to you. However, if you return only part of the order for a refund you will not receive partial points back.
