- Coverage applies only to the original purchaser or first owner and is non-transferable to subsequent owners.

- Bike Structure includes the bike frame and rigid fork.
- Bike Electronics includes the motor, throttle, display, PAS control panel, controller, wiring harness, front light, rear light, IoT module, sensor, top tube module, and Find My module.
- Other Bike Essentials include the bell, stem, handlebar, grips, brakes (excluding brake pads), bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, kickstand, rims, wheel hub, reflectors, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, and shifter.
The following are not covered under this plan:
- Paint and graphics.
- Suspension forks and suspension parts.
- Battery and charger.
- Bearings, brake pads, chains, cables, and casings.
- Consumable parts, including but not limited to tires, tubes, brake pads, cables, housing, chains, and spokes.
- Accessories.
- Third-party parts or labor costs.
- Failure to perform maintenance or service at appropriate intervals as specified in the product’s written instructions.
- Improper assembly, operation, or maintenance.
- Improper installation, manual misconduct, or improper repair.
- Crash, accidents, natural disasters, neglect, improper storage, or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use.
- Improper alteration or installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the product.
- Corrosion.
- Damage during shipping.
Replacement parts may differ in appearance, version, or batch model from the original but will maintain equivalent functionality and performance.
