After the initial 2-year period, a renewal is required to continue enjoying services like Location Tracking, Theft Alerts, and OTA (Over-the-Air) updates.

If not renewed within 1 month of expiration date, the following features will be permanently unavailable:

- To keep enjoying full functionality, follow the guidence to use renewal code send to your email after purchasing the Velotric T1 ESIM Card 1-Year Cellular Plan. Simply renew your eSIM card on your Velotric App .
- Please ensure you renew the eSIM card within one month of expiration date to avoid service interruption or permanent eSIM deactivation.
- The system needs 1–2 hours to update your eSIM status in the Velotric App and confirm activation once the renewal is complete.

The IoT eSIM that comes with your bike includes 2 years of complimentary cellular service. This is a standard setup to ensure the connected features work properly during the initial ownership period.After that, you can simply renew the connection with a renew code to keep enjoying all connected features—no hardware changes are needed.
If the eSIM service is not renewed, your bike will still function normally for daily riding. However, connected features that rely on cellular service will no longer be available.

- Normal riding

Please make sure to complete the renewal withinone monthafter the expiration date to avoid any service interruption. If the renewal is not completed in time, the eSIM service may not be reactivated.
After you complete the renewal, the SIM service will normally be activated within about one hour.
In some cases, there may be a slight delay due to network synchronization, so please allow up to one hour before checking the eSIM status in the Velotric App.
