Velotric Front Basket

Nice sturdy basket. Hard bottom (not a fan of wood tone, will probably paint black to match the rest of basket). Note: If installed on a Fold 1+, it could possibly change if it will fit in the rear of your vehicle. I haven't tried this yet but another Fold 1+ owner has experienced this. See picks below.

This really is a nice, sturdy basket. There were a few nits, but nothing that was a showstopper.

Light placement on the front of the basket has limitations when turning. They explain that, but an explanation doesn’t solve the problem. It didn’t matter because the hole for the mount on the basket was not threaded so I couldn’t place the light there anyways. I placed the extra mount in the kit on the mounting screw for the fender. Works great for my purposes like riding thru dark RR tunnels.

The cables are a bit short and the basket can interfere with the cables, making it difficult to turn, or even unplugging some of the cabling. The solution for me was to raise the handlebars. It doesn’t take much to help the cables clear the basket.
