Can I cancel an order once I've placed it?

To cancel a placed order, please contact us at help@velotricbike.com before the order ships out. Submitting a cancellation request before order ship out will not guarantee a cancellation success. Customers will receive an email confirmation if the order is successfully canceled.

Loving my “Ruby”
This bike has far exceeded my expectations. “Ruby” handles the rolling and sometimes steep hills where I live. I am using boost mode quite a bit to go longer distances at faster speeds. I did struggle on my second ride a bit after coming to a stop sign and having to make a sharp left turn uphill. Each ride I learn a bit more. I took her down for a flat ride along the C& D canal last week on my new hitch mount bike rack. She is heavy, even with a ramp to load. I think I will remove the battery for loading and unloading in the future. I adore the throttle feature- one of the main reasons I chose this model. The turn signals are awesome as well.

Awesome E-Bike!
The Discover 2 has been awesome so far - packed wonderfully and easy to assemble and everything is high quality! Only taken it out for a couple of rides thus far but it's been an absolute blast. Controls are easy to use and the step through frame is perfect for someone short like me (4'11"). I can easily get on and off the bike and no longer fear quick stops! Components are quality and the mint color is goregous! My husband and I are doing a bike-packing trip this weekend so I'll update when we return with how the battery range is at altitude!
