You earn 1 point for every $1 spent, excluding shipping, taxes, insurance, or gift card purchases. Shop online at Velotric or authorized dealers to accumulate points. Decimal points are rounded down to the nearest hundredth, and points are rewarded upon order payment.
Yes. You can earn Velotric Rewards Points by purchasing our products atauthorized dealer stores. Simply upload your purchase receipt or proof of purchase to the Velotric Rewards Page on the homepage. We will then credit your account with the corresponding points within2-3 business daysof receipt verification. Please note thatpoints can only be redeemed on Velotric Homepage and cannot be used at dealer stores.

1000 points = $20 off discount; 2500 points = $50 off discount (on orders $80+); 5000 points = $100 off discount (on orders $200+); 10,000 points = $200 off discount (on orders $400+); 15,000 points = $300 off discount (on orders $600+);

Tiers are determined based on your historical points on www.velotribike.com. If your historical points on www.velotribike.com meets the criteria for a higher tier, your new tier status will be activated immediately once you attain the required historical points for that tier.
You can check your tier status and tier perks in your account when you log in.
If you used Velotric rewards points to place your order:
- Returning your entire order for a refund will refund the points back to your account.
- No points will be refunded when order received a partial refund or only part of the order is returned.
Note: If points were not used for your original purchase, no points adjustment is needed upon return.

2. High-Quality Photos (2 or more) that showcase:
- Memorable moments with your Velotric e-bike.
- Different riding environments.
- Storage and transportation of the Velotric e-bike.
- Typical riding areas.
- People you often ride with.
- Activities associated with biking, such as resting on a park bench, enjoying a picnic, running errands, or dining at a café.
- A smiling selfie with your Velotric e-bike.
3. Content Guidelines
- Submit your story and photos in .pdf format, or email them in a Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) directly to vi@velotric.bike.
- Ensure your content is authentic, relatable, and aligns with Velotric’s brand voice—inspirational yet approachable.
After reaching tier 4, users can start to refer a friend. For every successful referral, you will earn 350 points. Users can unlock surprise rewards when reaching referral milestones.
A successful referral must meet the following requirements:
- The referred friend completes a purchase for the minimum spend amount (price after discount)
- Must be the referred friend's first purchase
- The user agent & IP address that clicks on the referral link must match the user agent & IP address that completes the purchase.
