How do I change my order content?
We understand that sometimes customers need to change the color of your bike or add one or more accessories to your order. Velotric CS team is always ready to help, we will do our best to help you change or correct your orders before shipment occurs.
If an order that has not shipped:
  • For customers who want to change bike color, as inventory for each model and each color varies minute by minute, and as we are experiencing high order volume, customers will need to cancel the original order if he or she wants to change color of their bikes, and place a new order.
  • For shipping address adjustment, CS team will help make changes to address right away.
If an order that has shipped:
  • If the items in your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order or make any changes, including order content, shipping address and else. However, you are welcome to work with our CS team to return the order after you have received them. Please note that a restocking fee may occur according to our policy, click here to view details.
How to cancel my order?
  • If order has not shipped, reach out to our CS team and they will help you with order cancellation.
  • If order has shipped, you are welcome to work with our CS team to initiate a return process after you have received them. 
When will my Bike ship?
  • It takes up to 5 weeks to process your order, and another 3-10 days for the order to arrive at your door.
  • Not all orders have to wait that long, shipping availability for each model varies from time to time. Please contact CS team for more details.
  • While we understand that this is a long time to wait, the dates listed are as accurate as possible. As a result, there are some variables that are out of our control (like container shortages, port delays, warehouse strike incidents etc.)
  • Also we know that long waiting time is annoying, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund if you are not long willing to wait. Feel free to let us know and our CS team will help you from there.
Discounts and promotions
As a newly emerging eBike retailer, we are working hard to make our electric bikes welcoming and affordable. Please note that the entire manufacturing world is in the middle of a global supply chain challenge, the cost of bikes, shipment and business operation vary from time to time, that is why discounts and promotions vary from time to time.
For price adjustment due to different discounts and promotions, contact us at help@velotribike.com, we will do our best to guarantee a happy customer. Also, please understand that in some cease (like limited time deals etc.) we will not be able to issue a price difference refund.
