If you find that your new Velotric bike isn't right for you, you can return it (in new, unridden condition) within 15 days for a full refund.

If you are uncertain about sizing, specifications, or any concerns about the product before ordering, we strongly recommend visiting your local bike shop to get properly fitted and purchasing your bike through them. It's also the best way to help support a local business and have a place to help you in-person for anything in the future.

If you are not satisfied with your Velotric product you can return it, in accordance with our return policy below. To initiate a return, first contact Velotric Customer Service at care@velotric.bike to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Warranty

Velotric stands behind all of its products.
Velotric bicycles are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Velotric will repair or replace any products found to be defective within the normal scope of use with the same or most nearly comparable model or component then available. The total shipping time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it
