Free shipping for US addresses to the 48 contiguous states (i.e. does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories.)

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer shipping outside the United States. Free shipping to the 48 contiguous states.

Online Returns

If you find that your new Velotric bike isn't right for you, you can submit a return request via help@velotricbike.com within 14 days of delivery for a refund that will be subject to a restocking fee.

To initiate an exchange, email us at help@velotricbike.com within 14 days of delivery. Replacement might be subject to a restocking fee in accordance with our Return Policy and please contact our support team via help@velotricbike.com for further assistance. 

If you are uncertain about sizing, specifications, or any concerns about the product before ordering, we strongly recommend visiting your local bike shop to get properly fitted and purchasing your bike through them. It's also the best way to help support a local business and have a place to help you in-person for anything in the future.

Warranty

Velotric bicycles are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Velotric will repair or replace any products found to be defective within the normal scope of use with the same or most nearly comparable model or component then available. Shipping & Delivery

The total shipping time is the sum of the handling time and the shipping time.

Handling time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it

Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;

Shipping carrier: Mostly carried out by FedEx

Shipping time: 3-5 business days. (US contiguous)

Business days refer to Monday~Friday (excludes holidays and weekends), and the time zone is the Eastern Time Zone of USA (GMT-5).
